The basic concept of the design is rooted in a concern for life, a core idea of health, environmental protection, nature and comfort.

To meet the needs of urban life, the air filtration, full heat exchanger, air conditioning, thermoregulator and humidity control are unified and operated by a central control panel to allow for simplicity. With the combination of different technological equipment, not only are the dust and bad smell in the air filtered, but such pollutants as particulate matter PM2.5 and PM10 are thoroughly removed. Hence an indoor environment with constant temperature and humidity and fresh air 24 hours a day is provided. Even annoying ants and cockroaches are shut out, which contributes to less cleaning detergents and shorter cleaning time. Besides, mists of phenol spray are used to break down formaldehyde. All this makes home a healthy place that is clean, eco-friendly, calming, clean and pristine. At the entrance, mirrors are employed to enlarge the hall way. The many words of “love” that grow in size on the wall showcase the owner’s belief in life and the environment—a song of songs for life and humans. The open floor plan is organized with great precision. There is hidden storage, and simple dividing lines are devised to cover up maintenance openings. To meet practical daily needs for storage, the cabinets, bookcases and those for electrical appliances are all aligned in good order so as to create a neat flow. The entire space is constructed with sophisticated techniques and outfitted with high-end lighting, thereby demonstrating a refined visual effect far beyond that of regular houses. All the practicality and functions for an ideal life are accomplished once and for all, maximizing the efficacy of the living space and creating a kaiseki house of joy.
