Huayu Shangdong（中铁建花语尚东）

The sales exhibition center is located in Dongli District, Tianjin. In the early stage, it is the sales display function, and in the later stage, it is delivered to the commercial function. Therefore, both the display and commercial functions need to be considered.
In the planning and design, the relationship between the site and the volume shall be determined according to the planning boundary withdrawal requirements, and the concession shall be appropriately increased to release the greening scale of the street corner and form a friendly urban interactive space. The second floor of the building is partially retreated to reduce the sense of oppression of the building. At the same time, a building gray space is formed under the eaves of the second floor. The introduction of arc-shaped line elements and the addition of streamlined line feet at the waist line make the architectural shape simple and clear, with a sense of modernity and fashion.
The main building materials are mainly glass curtain wall and pure white aluminum plate curtain wall. The glass curtain wall makes the indoor and outdoor landscape each other. Through the glass, people communicate with the landscape. Every feeling and every poetic feeling are the concerto of people, architecture and landscape. The pure white aluminum plate is processed by fine nodes to form a curved and three-dimensional enclosure system, which shows different charm during the day and at night.
