This case is a three-story single-family villa built by itself between the mountains and the sea. Because it is built according to the hillside terrain, the living room, guest bedroom, laundry, and drying room are located on the first floor. The second floor is the master bedroom, the second bedroom and garage are independent and have a complete dressing room, bathroom, and kitchen space, and the dining room is on the third floor.
The entrance door is located on the second floor, and the open momentum is spread from the outside to the inside from the six double-opening oak doors, with dark gray large-scale floor tiles. The oncoming white perforated and inlaid glass perspective wall uses the concept of a screen wall as the partition between the rear bedroom corridor and the front foyer, presenting the atmosphere and perspective effect of the art gallery in the field of vision. The two ends of the corridor are the master bedroom and the second bedroom, with gray and white as the primary color. The oak door with a natural knot pattern brings a leisure atmosphere to the resort villa.
On the third floor is an open-plan layout of the dining room, kitchen, bar area, living room, etc., with almost no partition walls. The bar area is turned into the living room, and there are floor-to-ceiling windows of about 135 degrees on both sides of the building, which can enjoy the view of the mountains and seas and the abundant natural light simultaneously. Because the building body is not a square and symmetrical pattern, it is very different from the many oblique sides and angles of ordinary houses. Even the columns deliberately built to avoid visual sharpness and the furniture that the owner chooses of unique sizes and proportions give designers a more significant challenge. The pure white building and elegant interior design, with a seemingly bland but not eye-catching appearance, show the principled and simple life appeal and the personality of returning to nature.
