Suhewan Centre Shanghai

Adjacent to Suzhou River while facing Huangpu River, Suhewan south plot enjoys an excellent location at the center of Shanghai. With Super Grade A Office Building as the benchmark, designers strive to create a lounge with a focus on customer experience. In 2021, HPP launched the interior design project of the exhibition center on the top floor of CR Suhewan Tower, optimizing the layout of the functional spaces based on users’ needs. Target audience, landscape conditions, corporate culture of the client are thoroughly considered by the designers with reference to the metropolitan nature of Shanghai. The theme of “tone” is suggested, showing the mixed culture of Shanghai and dividing the space into four parts—Prologue, Suhewan Memory, Laboratory in Air, and Lounge. The design well reflects the characteristics of Space in Suhewan plot and the project will become the most iconic super high-rise in the Suhewan area in the future.
