XJ Crestive Design, an architecture and interior Design firm based in Shenzhen, China, was founded by Yi Ming in 2018. Her works often create a simple, real and sincere material structure that does not need excessive decoration to show itself, making light the most important expression of space.

Yi Ming is widely acclaimed for its unique sensitivity and visionary insight, and is adept at skillfully integrating fashion elements in architectural design and furnishing strong sense of life to create a unique quality of life for each project. She tries to find an internal balance between architecture and decoration, so as to integrate architecture, landscape and interior, and blur the clear boundary between them.

"Our design aims to pursue the natural elegance of materials, emphasize the local nature, and be loyal to the natural environment where the house is located," says architect Yi Ming.
