New Lab

This project is a new design of Shenzhen Office of Caixin Creative. As the key office of Caixin Creative’s development in the Greater Bay Area, it aims to establish a global creative solution center. Through the combination of points, lines, surfaces, shapes, color blocks and materials, it uses the beauty of natural materials and implants the corporate culture to create an office in the city center with a creative blend of light industrial style and wooden bookshelves. With cement gray and oak as the basic elements, the light industrial style outlines the sense of future and rhythm, and wooden bookshelves, like a sea of books, creates a bookish, warm and comfortable atmosphere. Detail-oriented and people-centered, its space layout is suitable for long hours and multi-scenario working. Functional spaces such as pantries, public discussion spaces and meeting rooms are reasonably distributed within easy reach. Fabric or felt carpets on the floor brings a good noise reduction effect. Despite of the low height, its open ceilings enhance the spaciousness while focusing on the placement and appearance of fixtures and lighting so that all finishes are within sight to avoid visual blind spots.
