Under the background of industrial functional requirements in the new era, a clothing fashion base integrating R&D, office and display has become a challenge for the development of this project. The building shape organically unifies the three main functions of commercial display space, innovative industrial space, and R&D office headquarters through the vertical stacking of three boxes to form a composite vertical city. The overhead green space is inserted between the boxes to form an open Shared urban living room. Combining the internal functions of the three boxes, a more open urban green space is created by retreating layer by layer. Under the background of high-intensity development, while satisfying its own functional value, it can make more contributions to urban space and form a complex. The façade design concept is based on the thinking of the original clothing industry on the site, and the rich changes in the texture of the fabric are reflected through the modern façade design elements, creating a unique image of the clothing R&D office headquarters.
