Handan MixC One

Handan MixC One is the most important commercial building in the Eastern New District of Handan, which is highly connected to the urban living room and financial center of Handan. With a commercial volume of 100,000 square meters, it will become a heavyweight anchor in Handan with the core positioning of "Vibrant Heart, Three-dimensional Park and Living Portal".



Handan, named after the Han Mountain, is one of the important cradles of the Central Plains civilization. Handan MixC One extracts peak elements from the Han Mountain range, abstractly sculpts them into building blocks, and combines elements such as blocks and retreats to build a multi-level form. The building adopts different blocks and texture combinations to emphasize the scale relationship between buildings and people, giving people a sense of intimacy and fun, and creating a rich, diverse and fashionable business atmosphere.



According to the local conditions, Handan MixC One creates different facade expressions facing the city and the green axis according to the characteristics of the location, forming the AB face of the building. The main entrances of the building are formed on the street corner square facing the city, like a boulder rising from the ground. Through the combination of different materials, a rigid and soft entrance image like a "curtain" is created, which strengthens the spirit of the place and enhances the expression of the building. The side facing the green axis of the city extends the park, and introduces a lush, green and inclusive atmosphere into the business through the retreat of the platform and the creation of the "window" image.



The interior forms a two-level pull through the core business formats of entertainment and childlike fun, and with a clear single-motion line to stimulate consumers' roaming experience, creating a happy and warm one-stop life square through a rich business combination.
