AMO Residence - The Biophilic Showflat

The larger space allowed us to create a biophilic concept for this 4bedroom Showflat at AMO Residences.



We envisaged a family of 5 who adores nature and hence will enjoy the convenience of living just footsteps away from the nature parks.



The boldly patterned carpet, pastel blue seat, mustard tone cushion, canvas artwork, wall scone and potted plant are curated meticulously to ensure the arrival at the lift lobby is spectacular and uplifting.



The customised wallpaper in desaturated tones takes the centre stage in the living and dining room. The tones were tweaked more than 5 times till the designers were satisfied and the result is a luxurious and elegant ambience complemented by the use of mirrors with wooden trims, curvy corners, rattan furniture, exotic marble and a grid pattern ceiling.



Green plants around the space play more than just an accessory as the designers truly wish to anchor the biophilic theme. The round coffee table is specially designed for this show flat. It has 3 circular legs of different diameter and one of them also form a planter to insert a potted plant.



The bedrooms were designed in a similar style, where green is the accent colour while maintaining their respective identity with 3 different customised wallpaper – “Pattern, Tropical and Stones”



The music room was designed to be cosy with the taupe-toned grid panel which spans from the wall to the ceiling. The trio coloured fish scale pattern carpet and orange-toned daybed gave the room its unique character when compared to the bedrooms.



The bathrooms are not shy of colours either, with timber wood tiles paired with marble look tiles and cabinetry in orange with brass accents.
