Anyang Zhongshen Center

The commercial development project of Zhongshen group is located in Wenfeng District, Anyang City. The project is a commercial land next to CBD.Because of the influence of COVID-19, people's travel patterns have changed and new consumption habits have been generated. We are thinking about how to create the hotel product concept while meeting the demand to meet the hotel market after the epidemic. We put forward the composite concept of business and leisure + social. The main purpose of the project is to build a landmark building integrating five-star hotels, class A office buildings, high-end service apartments and cultural street.



Anyang is the ancient capital of the seven dynasties, the birthplace of China's early civilization and an important participant in China's long history. The project is located next to the urban central axis, and the spatial form is clear, which has guiding significance in the spatial layout of the project. We continue the urban texture, emphasize the spatial form in the central axis direction, and open it to the lake view direction, so that the building has excellent landscape vision and spatial feeling, the spatial layout is coordinated with the urban pattern, and the building and nature live in harmony.



Bronze ware carries the ancient civilization of the city of Anyang, extracting the curved elements on the wine bottle as the main design method of the building facade, in order to respond to the strong demands of urban culture and the government.



The super high-rise building faces the CBD Park and the central axis of the city. The air lobby and guest rooms of the hotel are set in the high area of the tower. The hotel has excellent landscape vision and provides guests with a comfortable and atmospheric space experience; The podium is arranged with the banquet hall, Chinese restaurant and conference room of the hotel, which forms a scene opposite to Anyang Culture Museum, and can appreciate Anyang culture while traveling on business.
