Greentown Kunming Phoenix Mansion

The project is situated in Kunming's city centre, where there is abundant sunshine, clean air, and special natural resources, making every season feel like spring. The Kunming Phoenix Mansion is made up of ten residential structures, a number of public areas, and beautifully manicured grounds. The innovative concept of Unbounded is applied to the aspects of facade design, structure design, unit layout and community operation, resulting in the wide view inside, transparent building form outside, and a closed community connection. With its dynamic and precise language, modern materials, and Super-flat aesthetics as its central concept, the facade design evokes a sense of visual lightness. The concept of LDKS-B unit layout's integration of the living, dining, kitchen, study, and balcony creates an adaptable, open, and family-closed area that enables residents to customise the home to meet their tastes and needs. In certain ways, the building itself may enhance urban architecture, and as a community, it provides not only all of the essentials of existence but also the chance to adopt a new way of life.
