The Great Park

The project is located next to Xinxin Road, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou City. It is adjacent to the South Fragrant Hill Park of 30000 mu in the west and Hejingyu Mountain International Business Circle in the east. The site is surrounded by scenery on three sides and rich in ecological resources.

The project covers a total area of 62,551 square meters, with a floor area ratio of 3.0 and a total construction area of about 270,664 square meters. A total of 12 high-rise towers are arranged along the perimeter of the site to form a low-density aerobic community.

The facade of the building adopts Mingshi 4.0 series, with simple and elegant as the starting point, inheriting classical aesthetics, seeking breakthrough and innovation with modern design language, and creating aesthetic products in line with the new era.

The demonstration area is located at the entrance of the agent park, covering an area of about 5585 square meters, with a construction area of 205 square meters. The L-shaped building allows panoramic view of the whole demonstration area landscape.

The entrance and exit of the demonstration area is close to Xinxin Avenue, with convenient transportation and strong announcement. The design integrates the surrounding valley landscape into the exhibition area, forming the spatial effect of "garden within garden, scene within scene". Weaken the building form and let the building grow with nature.
