Milk & Honey Gelato

The concept for Milk & Honey Gelato is to create a fun and youthful space that a gelato can bring. We keep the color scheme to 3 base colors derived from a gelato which are; the overall base color in pure white to represent snow and vanila; the timber color reflects the waffle or cone that hold the gelato and the dripping vibrant colours of the gelato that wrap around the façade and the feature wall.
The bright and fluid entrance feature and white counter embracing the vibrant colors of gelatos is a total eye catcher that accentuate the products and evoke a blissful emotion that the cold gelato brings. Tall fridges are kept at the corner and hanging metal shelving are incorporated to create maximum daylight from the far end of the unit. This also allows maximum view from the external mall entrance towards the gelato counter deep inside the mall.
Maximum passageway and openings are created to maximize visual cue to makes the narrow space looks bigger. High and low seats; standalone and banquet seats are created for different gelato experience. Flexible furniture are adopted to allow multiple configurations to cater for potential pre and post covid usage.
Bespoke lighting design in the dining space create a sense of playfulness and surprise in the high volume dining space. With the right detailing, workmanship and color match; we are able to bring out the joy and happiness that a gelato bring to us.
