The project take "Gate of Guangda" as the architectural concept, and takes the urban image as the starting point of design. Finally, a combination form of 250m super high-rise building and 100m high-rise office building connected by corridor, forming a group of dynamic "city sculptures" from a distant view. The architectural style is modern and simple, the facade lines are clear and transparent, and the main body modeling is exquisite and three-dimensional；with the glass curtain wall with light and shadow change, the project provides Zengcheng with mysterious, modern and artistic city gifts.



The corridor connecting the two office buildings is not only an aerial corridor integrating a landscape platform and a courtyard hall, but also an interconnected corridor that can carry multiple functions such as a light bar, product launch conference, and large open-air conference hall. The top-level gardens and corridors of the two office buildings complement each other, giving full play to the value of the office buildings’ landscape functions, forming a high-quality office environment and a unique “sky pavilion”.
