Jiading District is situated in the northwest of Shanghai as well as at the place where Shanghai International Automobile City is under construction. Located at the junction of Shanghai and Jiangsu Province, Anting town is 32km away from the center of Shanghai and 20km away from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport.With its advantageous geographic location, Phase I is connected with the Anting station of Line 11 and the bus terminal, making seamless transfer available.



Anting now has formed a comprehensive automobile industry base integrating automobile manufacturing, automobile trade, automobile R&D, automobile education and training, automobile expo, automobile sports, intelligent connected vehicle, etc.



So this project inspired by the concept car, the design integrates physical elements into the architectural style, abstracts the streamlined style of the concept car, and also creates a stretch and flowing landmark architecture with the combination of the modern architectural concept, injecting new vitality into the urban spatial image.



The project offers a continuous immersive space feeling through the connection between phase I and phase II, and contributes to space highlights by creating creative spaces such as an automobile theme experience hall, air race track, three-dimensional garden, roof sunken courtyard, and indoor theater..



The towers are designed to meet the needs of green buildings. Starting from the urban skyline, the overall planning of the project enriches the skyline through the staggered office buildings and minimizes the sunshine impact on the surrounding residence in combination with technical analysis. What is more, the project looks to the urban road to expand the scope of city and strengthen the connection with Phase I by creating a characteristic art corridor theme space.



Different from other conventional malls, the design creates a sports car commercial mall, which The design of these characteristic spaces gives space users a unique feeling. People can shop, enjoy food, watch movies, rest, and drive cars in these spaces. These futuristic designs will impress users.
