Joy Plaza is the first development parcel in the east of Sanya. It adjoins the wetland park with an excellent landscape view; as the first operating project, it is an eco-garden style business cluster which connects people, landscape, buildings, activities and others.





Traditional offices are mostly composed of independent buildings while Sanya Joy Plaza creates an eco-garden style business cluster connecting people, landscape, buildings, activities and others through folding, inserting and combining different spaces.





Breaking the traditional closed office space pattern, we specially design a long corridor on the second floor to form open and interconnected offices which can provide unique working experience. Multi-dimensional greening systems are introduced, including sky garden, roof and podium greenery, ect. It makes a large number of green landscapes and buildings infiltrate each other, so that the dialogue between buildings and wetland park are achieved. At the same time, the energy consumption of buildings is effectively reduced which impacts urban space positively; while the comfort of the office environment is greatly improved as an innovative transformation for Sanya.





To form the city skyline of varying heights, the overall building layout follows the rule of low outside and high inside and shapes the headquarter groups falling layer by layer. More emphasis is placed on facade texture of building elevation. The selected LOW-E glass of light color and aluminum panels are consistent with the headquarters economic zone of the East Coast in Sanya. The elegant and refreshing light color also looks harmony with the unique regional characteristics of Sanya and close to the overall style of the coastal city. The unique shape and appearance of Sanya Joy Plaza make it highly recognizable and landmark: white facade of the building is neat, simple and elegant; vertical curtain wall texture allows the building to blend into the surrounding environment harmoniously; combination of five single buildings highlights itself from the different surrounding environment.
