Tyrolean eyeglasses manufacturer ROLF has kicked off with something totally new: tactile textures. As part of its bean glasses substance collection, the company’s creative minds are launching eyeglasses featuring a surface texture that mimics nature.



The glasses are made out of a plant-based material that is robust, flexible, and adjustable. Complemented with a screwless hinge, which is printed at the same time as the frame. A simple rubber ring makes the hinges moveable in all directions. The surface design is inspired by honeycombs and the result of perfect craftsmanship. An exchangeable offset ring in the front of the frame completes the glasses.
