XIONGAN LIGHT OF THE MORNING

The distinctive design elements are what give modern design its singularity. The design team carefully consider the interaction between the many components of the building, thoroughly combine the materials, structure, and architectural art, and then make the main body of the distinctive three-story structure.

The design team look to Gropius' New Architecture and Bauhaus for inspiration. White lacquer is used to beautify the interior and fill the glass curtain walls on the exterior so that the brand hall could "accept" the floating light during the day and “hide” the lights at night. Tin this connection, the building becomes an organic whole with qualities of life when the transparent structural design fulfills the communication between the inside and exterior.

The design team employs highly generalized and refined concrete graphics for the design of objective objects after being intoxicated by the seed and lotus pond and the lonely hills of the plain area in Xiongan. Thanks to the gathering hills, lush waves and romantic light, a kind of space full of artistic feeling is created. Instead of adding plants, the designer decrease the volume of space with a variety of materials and lines, thus making the space pure and simple.

In accordance with the principle of "letting the building adapt to the creative will of humans", the design team incorporate creative concepts into the details.The "weightless" style is highlighted by the lightness of the wall, which is mostly made of a sizable area of white texture paint. A purely organic architecture that openly shows its inner structure without redundant ornamentation is created by the team using diatom mud as the primary finishing material in order to achieve the "natural breathing" of the area.

On the second floor, you can enjoy a cup of tea while admiring the artistic curvature that falls with water grain. The primary ground material used by the team is smooth marble. The space's visual level is stretched by the soft, comforting touch and the diffuse light, which also highlight the natural qualities of the stone and give it a complex, vivacious natural energy.
