On basis of company culture and color psychology, we aimed to build a comprehensive office space integrating "ecology, sharing, intelligence" and "space, quality, lighting" atmosphere, which can perfectly match the characteristics of the enterprise in all aspects.

When considering the scheme, take "leading the city development" as the design starting point, we use curves as special language to demonstrate that Linyi's development concept is stepping from “centering on the river”to“the era of dual rivers”, also to create a powerful artistic atmosphere.

Integrating sense with art, the project lays stress on“Genius Loci (The Spirit of a Place)” for extraordinary experience. The first level, natural elements are brought in door, to blur the boundaries between inside and outside. The second level, use reasonable moving lines, as well as the linkage between moving lines and local space, to create a space atmosphere of changing scenes. The third level, detail-oriented design is achieved in this project, forms a very pleasant senses and high qualified spaces.

In consideration of the corporate style, subtle axes are used to reveal modern minimalist sense.

Different materials and colors express a cozy lifestyle naturally and vividly. The space designed in harmonious proportion produces the artistic spirit of the space.

Sculpture is also used as a part of design language, art becomes medium between people and space, connecting souls of each other.

Space of hall on the first floor is quite limited, which increases the decoration difficulty for various concealed installation projects on the site, resulting in a large proportion of GRG decoration modeling in the space. We had to increase the GRG decorations by using accurate parameterized model design, continuously refined and adjusted the distributions of GRG decoration and basic construction, simulated feelings to be on site, then settled down a more artistic space design. Via accurate parameterized model data, we minimized the cooperation difficulties between in-factory production and on-site installation, insured a perfect combination of decoration and construction.
