The company's corporate culture is: the concentric circle theory, which is divided into the internal, intermediate, and external layers, meaning that the core value of the enterprise is the center, the system of laws and regulations is the intermediate layer, and in line with the market product value as the external layer, which are the trinity, with mutual connection and mutual restriction, to promote the development of the enterprise.

Therefore, according to the image transition of enterprise spirit,the center of the coffee guest house is the coffee bar with whirlpool feeling, the surrounding area extending outward is the bar seat and sofa recreation area, one-to-one landscape coffee seats, landscape swing seats, and the product display wall of laboratory concept, while the gallery from the elevator to the coffee guest house is built into the small art gallery with ripple feeling. It hopes that people who come to the coffee guest house can feel the core spirit of the enterprise with the pleasure of seeing an exhibition.
