Dongshi Qijing Garden project is located in the central living area of Tangxia Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, adjacent to Qiaojiao Middle Road. Designed for economic, beautiful and practical architectural works, this project is under cost saving control through the control of full management of design and early intervention of cost control, through fine design and control of details. As a key livelihood project, this brief called for a development with low cost, practical and beautiful. The design concept takes a core approach to the entire planning and development process, with the principle of enhancing integrity and permeability. In this project, the residential towers are mainly made of beige real stone paint with fine slit design, while the commercial buildings along the streets in the near human scale are made of dry hanging stone, expressing the sense of quality and high grade of the building under the overall cost control. In terms of color selection, the overall space design style is based on modern minimalist style, with shades of beige locally embellished with curry to create a sense of warmth in the living space.
