Gathering of Talents

This design project escapes from the existing image of the traditional old industrial district to emphasize the advantages of greenness by the waterfront, structuring the modern and elegant overall ambience, demonstrating the dignified, tranquil spatial tone via the flowing natural light.



The exterior design adopted white modern lines and rhythm, which correspond to the waterfront on the side, forming a natural conversation between space and nature, while the continuity of its modern building exterior conforms to the design for the young group, while also featuring the supposed sense of dignity, as we hope to create the spatial quality of a new era light mansion.



Cold colors are adopted for the color application, hoping that the overall space is light without burden, while further allowing the fashionable spatial atmosphere to circulate within the space. Moreover, we have opened up the ordered grids above, using them to enclose and sculpt the overall aesthetic style; furthermore, a complete white open space is applied at the main entrance, with suspended glass tubes resembling a hanging curtain, hinting at the white lines of the exterior together with the image language of the waterfront, and at last, the overall spatial styles and color tones are decorated using the furniture.



Looking deeper inside, there is a sunlight house connecting to the roof and the sky garden, which is provided for the residents to gather and chat, and where one may enjoy peacefully the bathing from the sunlight and the nourishment from the greenness while being here.



We have adopted the principle of a vacation house as the design model, not only referring to the hotel’s soft and hardware facilities, but the facilities even include a fitness room, game room and sky garden, whereas the brands and styles for the soft furnishing are of innovative designs and styles, leading the visual focus together with carpet featuring high chroma, demonstrating hotel-like design style, introducing a natural warmth to this area while creating a cozy cultural scenery.
