The project’s location and base conditions are excellent for an urban park that focuses on the local population. The landscape designers use contemporary abstract techniques to outline the natural mountain, water, forest, stone, island, and other texture forms in the site, forming a relaxed landscape space, providing people a relaxed landscape to relaxe their mind and soothe the anxiety.

The park’s entry blurs the line separating the city and the community, combines the prosperity of the city and the peace of the park, and creates a new icon of urban life with its long, curved shape and pleasant demeanor. This isn’t only a homecoming ceremony; it’s also where city dwellers can begin to find solace for their broken hearts. Designers create a space experience that ranged from open to closed, from moving to quiet, by modeling a pile slope, planting a cluster of trees such as autumn maple, fine leaf olive, and so forth, and adding modern simple art on both sides of the lights. This creates a 250-meter of linear green space.

The sales area is situated in a park, where the crisscrossing natural light and shadows exude their special charm. This park will eventually serve as a community arts and cultural hub. The 10,000 square meters of space can accommodate various types of art exhibitions and other cultural events. Furthermore, it can also serve as a “spiritual soothing place” for people to experience art more deeply and enhance the Wanbo District’s cultural and artistic environment.

Star Plaza and Children’s Funny Garden are the center of neighborhood entertainment and parent-child contact in the park, whether it be on the weekends or during the week. The park’s vibrancy is centered around the large lawn. People can experience the comfortable life style of a modern urban community park, overlook the metropolitan skyline of Wanbo CBD in the lovely sunset light, and chat with each other in the lush green environment.
