The post-epidemic era has brought about a greater reliance on “home” and the design of home has progressively reverted to the nature of real life. Taking good consideration of the coziness and living standard of the house, the design team in Hangzhou Lin’an create a landscape space experience for people with water as the guide and forest as the boundary, envisioning to design such a house that’s suitable for residents in the near future. And this is done in line with the thinking and exploration of the future healthy habitat.

In conjunction with the development of the new neighborhood and the Asian Games trend, the designer team approach the design of the new neighborhood with the goal of creating a healthy habitat. They use the design concept of “Vitality, Health, Happiness, Green” to create a new generation of fashionable green sports communities and to expand the future life scene with limitless imagination.

The neighborhood employs water as a guide to gradually transition the boundary between the city and the community on the one hand, and connects the north and south plots with a central water atrium on the other. Meanwhile, the design team compose a space between the lines that is fluid and full of a sense of composition. A beachfront wooden platform, a conference room that is sinking hydrophilically, and other components are organized along the waterfront to create a welcoming and open recreational area that gives our life a sense of field. The place is cozy and pleasant thanks to the afternoon sunshine and dotted tree shadow.

The community has built a multipurpose, perfect activity arena that is rooted in the surrounding natural environment. Sports should serve as a bridge between communities while also encouraging a healthy lifestyle so that people of all ages can find their own areas to engage in activity. The community’s members can indulge their love of exercise and live comfortably aerobic lives thanks to the fitness promenade that connects the entire region.
