The villa is positioned as a small family villa, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, study, guest bedroom, fitness room, entertainment, audio-visual room, and leisure area. The streamline of the house type is relatively simple and practical. The dining room, corridor, and the basement floor form an independent and complete space.
