Mayfair by the Sea 8

This project is differently compared with other residential projects, not only for living or storage. It focuses on casual and entertainment use. It is mainly for gathering with friends and a place for our client to chill. The design is based on wabisabi to create a Zen and tranquil atmosphere, lots of natural materials are used, such as walnut furniture, solid wood flooring, marble bar counter and cement paint to create texture. The attic on the porch can enjoy the whole floor-to-ceiling glass windows at a high altitude. There is a sloping wooden ceiling above the TV, which is used to decorate the air conditioner and provide light penetration effects. We hoped that there would be a major change in appearance.
