"A thousand trees will turn yellow, but only Hibiscus alone remains its beauty.“, is an ancient rime by Song Dynasty calligrapher named Su Shi. It is an analogy of Hibiscus flower's noble and unsullied, refined and dazzling stance. To have a unique style of one's own manner out of the ordinary is the inspiration of this project.

As this project is located at the perimeter of arts and cultural area, so the entrance adapts grand ceiling-height corridor, arch-styled promenade, and its infinite spatial extension of grandeur and timeless elegance have reflected its design theme of regality and utmost elegance architectural exterior, as the one and only local architectural landmark.

The client requires the programs to be able to meet 67 respected residents, with different gender and age needs. Can be personally used or as a reception for guest and relatives with residents to communicate, and provide considerably ample and diverse first-class public hall space.

The programs include a reception hall, master's kitchen (and banquet hall), lounge bar, warm water dual waterway swimming pool, SPA, multifunctional VIP room audiovisual room, pool room, golf swing area, rhythmic yoga class, men's Gym, women's gym, and chess room.

The first-floor plan serves as a storefront, reception hall, and courtyard landscape echoing the green garden road ahead; the second and third floors concentrated a variety of facilities; and the fourth floor is a landscape-oriented leisure area.
