As one of the highlights of the development, the sales gallery demonstrating the future desirable home is also surrounded by lush green landscape elements. The lantern-like façade not only allows natural sun light to shine through, but also creates a stunning feature glowing in the dark.

Walk along the pond with floating lanterns, the cantilever leads the way into the main entrance. The hanging feature immediately draws all attention. The stripe elements as well as the interlocking wood feature also echo with the architectural design throughout the space.





Entering the model zone, the eye catching, gigantic model feature centres all focus to the development model. Together with the full height display wall shinning under the perfect lighting, as a whole the atmosphere is beyond astonishing but breathtaking.

Situating between the reception and the model, the courtyard is another remarkable spotlight connecting the two areas, and more importantly to the exterior. An isolated zone is created to capture the essence of nature and generate miraculous spatial quality that changes along with every daily moment.





Moreover, a more modern approach is applied to 3 discussion areas with different seating arrangements. Natural stone, wood veneer and modern furniture with green as the essence colour reveal the same design story in a more subtle way. The metal screen at the main discussion area is a miniature of the façade which is essential to balance the exterior and interior lighting.
