Hengqin MCC Shengshi International Plaza mix-use project is located on the Hengqin Island in Zhuhai, in close proximity to the Lotus Bridge that links to Cotai, Macau. As the Bridgehead of Zhuhai-Macau port, Zhuhai Hengqin mix-use project impresses people with streamline appearance and abundant mix-use programs: two high-rise office tower, podium retail,rooftop garden and infinity pool. The design concept is inspired by elegant cruising movement of Dragon Fish. The contour of streamlined tower and Dragon Fish dynamic physique echoes perfectly. Also,aluminum plate on the facade and roof plants used in this project can improve its energy conservation performance. In Zhuhai's climate of hot summer and cold winter, the energy-saving effect is particularly significant. Abundant Architectural form not only enriched city skyline but also fulfil functional and planning requirements.

Zhuhai MCC Shengshi International Plaza project is inspired by Dragon Fish tail shape, mixed-use project with its dynamic lines creates a sense of the era of the portal image and reshapes the skyline of Hengqin area which enrich urban space with Artistic sense.

The facade design concept is inspired by wind wave. Wave-shaped aluminum plate and streamlined building form offers integrated port icon with multi-level details. Also aluminum plate on the facade contribute to energy saving by shading sunshine.

Green roofs can improve the performance of roof insulation, effectively reduce the heat gain through the roof for the top floor.
