The project is located in Wanyuan City, Minhang District, Shanghai, China, close to a 10-hectare park with excellent ecological and environmental resources and a strong leisure atmosphere, the target customer advantage is more obvious.

The theme of the project is“Park community, Eco-living”, which is to build an integrated place of“Business + Office + Park”. The design takes full account of the Wetland Park, which is a superior natural landscape resource. By virtue of advanced technology and originality, the semi-open inner commercial street connects the commercial space with the natural landscape, create a garden-style, experiential shopping center.

Through the use of linear elements, UCENTER extends the architectural form into the interior design. Through the use of wood grain materials and hollow louver ceiling to achieve a casual and relaxed shopping experience, and is decorated with green plants make the commercial space and the park in the plot echo, form a kind of space impact, highlight the happy life attitude. The introduction of the curve creates an artistic and natural rhythm of the space feeling, so that the whole space is full of fun, but also presents a natural leisure business atmosphere.
