Poly Phoenix Mansion Display Area

This project is located in the Banqiao area of Yuhuatai District in Nanjing, at the foot of Niushoushan Mountain and near the new Qinhuai River. It is 2.6km away from Nanjing South Railway Station， enjoys significant location and abundant landscape resources. It has promising future development prospects. Design of the demonstration area fully consider the flexibility of future functions and the reversibility of the landscape. By utilizing the front space, community lobby, sunken courtyard space, and central landscape space, the design creates a continuous spatial sequence with the theme of "Phoenix Flying". The building facade incorporates the typology of a phoenix spreading its wings, integrating the upward-flying curve into the building mass with elegant lines.
