Designers use the fashion of Shanghai style as their starting point, integrating it with the cultural backdrop of Zhangzhou to create a set of design principles that incorporate local cultural history and cutting-edge construction techniques. The entire area is built with an unusual and natural leisure atmosphere thanks to the blending and collision of eastern and western civilizations. The mixed Chinese style emphasizes the special spatial effect.

The invisible forces of time and light create a fourth dimension outside of the three-dimensional realm. Designers attempt to utilize the resonance of “time and light” using time and space as the axis.

At the entrance, visitors are led into a realm that enriches the inhabitant’s inner heart by the light that pours through the glass and the greenery, as if at the meeting point of time and space.

The lofty ceiling in the living room makes the space more elegant and atmospheric. Low-profile luxury is created by the warm coffee armchair, off-white carpet, and dark grey marble background wall.

While the green window decorations add a distinctively Southern touch, the high and dense grille made of natural stone obscures the layout of the room while also adding a touch of retro charm.

The metal railing and light meet as we climb up the stairs, and as the light and shadow shift, the scene transforms into different spaces.

The restaurant adopts the layout of eight people around the table. The dining table is made of natural, luxurious stone, echoing the marble of the background wall, so that traditional and modern elements blend together here.

Warm earth tones dominate the master bedroom, which also features traditional rattan weaving craft pieces that echo the leather and wool carpeting. It looks steady and skip-free while also showcasing the host’s esthetic heritage and elegant taste.

The villa’s terrace and garden are always the center of attention. People can feel the natural breath and warm environment with the combination of plants, flowers, furniture, and ornaments, enjoying cozy and carefree leisure time.
