Landscape Design for Longfor Yuhujing

As the latest generation of residential property products in Chengdu, this gardening project is expected to boost the irresistible and profound charm of the city, making Longfor Yuhujing a preferred choice of life in the ultra-modern segment for new immigrants of Chengdu, known as an international metropolis. Residential landscape is essentially the creation of a lifestyle, and the creation of scenes aims at making the beautiful imagination of life come true. This project is by the side of, instead of living on the lake, which is believed to be the pain point of the project. The priority of digging out the landscape value is to deliver the psychological feeling of living on the lake by capitalizing on large-scale water scenes. Devising the concept of "drawing water into the garden", we form three core central lake courts and simulate the native lake environment on a new site. In addition, we foster a sense of hotel from two measures. The corridor homecoming system is at the first measure. The homecoming moving lines are tightly coupled with the corridor and link the whole area landscape in series, thus enhancing the walking experience. The microclimate is shaped based on the ecological garden. The art of functional space is at the second measure. We satisfy the needs of functional, emotional and spiritual spaces layer by layer, broaden and extend the structure and scale of each space, preset the experience of going home and strolling around the garden, select the form and characteristics of plants, and weigh over the texture and expression of materials. The history and culture of local city are understand from different measures, culture is made the source of design, and the design thinking transits with different areas, leading to various forms of language expression, and embarking on the landscape design journey of the Yixin Lake project.
