The design team combines the characteristics of the site, studies customer groups and human settlement, and shapes a “one floor, one world” rich experience through personalization and diversity, creating a lifestyle that suits contemporary elites and setting an example for the new life in the city.

01 The Basement: A Diverse World
Th basement is created as a private club, where residents can gather for socializing, entertainment, and private enjoyment. Reception hall, tea house, cigar&video room, and a private cellar......The design team creates reasonable living trajectories, connecting ordered living scenes to meet the multi-dimensional needs of residents.

02 Multiple Scenes, Extended Life
The design team coordinates the free and expansive horizontal and vertical spaces, creating a spatial richness from top to bottom. As one descends the revolving staircase, the scenery changes, creating unexpected surprises and offering a unique sensory experience.

03 A Spiritual Space to Settle the Soul
On the mezzanine of the basement, the layered space integrates a book bar, fitness area, and separate cloakroom to meet the spiritual needs of the house owner and settle their rich and interesting souls.

04 Free, Transparent, and Sunny
On the first floor, the daily and living spaces are set up together, and the guest and dining rooms and spacious balcony are connected as one, allowing plenty of sunshine. The free and transparent space create a large flat experience. The soft and simple colors create an inclusive and quiet space atmosphere.
