On the north bank of Minjiang River and adjacent to Minjiang Park, with Changting Street and Wanglong Street at its south side, and two roads encircling the Minjiang River like the letter “C”, this project stands at the best location of the city CBD in an unaffected way. As inspired by this, the designer made a bold attempt to develop this project as a natural garden of the city CBD. The measure control from sky garden and roof garden of the building to the ground floor landscaping is achieved by classical aesthetic proportions, and the entire project space is constructed from the art scene. Entering the project site, a 146m customized integrated entrance unfolds along the city interface, coupled with the tailored scenic wall, deliver an amazing visual impact. The gate area underlines the golden proportion of central axis symmetry in order to create a multi-level spatial transition of mood. Walking in the entrance, the entire aesthetics is dominated by contemporary art style and complemented by running water, sculpture, landscape plants. Taking one step further, you will see a different scene. The "future-oriented" landscape is created from the perspective of human-based nature.
