Whenever the design team takes on a project, the team make it our top priority to cater to the owner's style preferences and functional needs. The approach typically involves starting with a modern minimalist style as the foundation for the space. From there, the team incorporates warm wood grain colors into the design to make the area feel more inviting. To add more texture, the team also integrates thin plate tiles and metal elements into the overall aesthetic. The ultimate goal is to carefully plan the layout and flow of the space so that the end result is a comfortable and relaxing living environment for residents.

The interior space boasts a contemporary and refined aesthetic that artfully blends wooden accents with subdued gray tones. Gone are the days of flashy and gaudy hues, as the current design features tasteful and artistic swirls of paint that exude a sense of sophistication. The communal areas of the residence, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and study room, have been seamlessly integrated into an open floor plan that provides ample space for both residents and guests to gather and socialize.
