Guangdong Panda Sports Culture Industry Office Space

The project is located in Zhongshan, and the original sales center has been transformed into a new office space to serve the newly established Panda Sports and Culture Industry Company. The designer cleverly solved the pain points that needed to be addressed in this case design. The sales center was transformed into an office space, retaining the original open attributes and maintaining the original flow. However, a mezzanine was added to the suspended area in the lobby, with a reasonable layout and design, which not only enhanced the overall aesthetic of the space but also improved the utilization rate of the space, meeting the increased office needs of the staff. This transformation satisfied the company's office requirements and completed the transition from a display space to a practical space. The designer used neoclassical style and elements such as the Big Dipper to create a neoclassical luxury atmosphere and aesthetic in the space, creating a unique corporate office environment. The design conveys the spirit of the company, in line with the temperament of the corporate office headquarters. In summary, the designer relied on the company's own attributes and started from the users' values and cultural beliefs to solve the three major issues of function, atmosphere, and culture for the company.
