Located along the winding terrain of Tregunter Path, this 1602 square foot apartment is bless with expansive views looking out over the magnificent Hong Kong skyline .As such, the owners wanted to introduce a clean and contemporary design scheme that better reflects the opulent style of this Sophisticated city. They turned to Brian Chan from Facade Design for help .
The trapezoidal floorplan in the main living and dining room, we needed to pay special attention to the layout, ensuring the space feels at once connected and yet clearly defined. Accessible through a newly created entrance hall, an almost kitschy credenza rests against the right-hand wall, leading the way to the lounge.
Here, the design team have Introduce a build-in entertainment console, proving a place for the generous flatscreen television white also creating additional storage and a display cabinet. Behind the sofa ,a modern round dining table invites the occupants to sit down and eat each night, place family first and foremost at the heart of the home. The table features a marble top and is flanked by four understated dark chairs, illuminated by a unique chandelier that almost hints at the wagon wheel lights found in the Wild West.
