The collision of new and old, function and expression, commercial and non-commercial can often creatively derive new concepts and forms. The iteration of space design is to find a unique way of expression in the constant collision between thinking and practice.

Collision is the interrelationship between things, as well as a medium, which connects the completely different commercial fragments such as the coffee book bar, whiskey tasting area, movie watching, and parent-child areas together in this project. Not limited to space aesthetics, it forms a superposition of space exploration and commercial profitability. This collision of unconventional multi-dimensional spaces provides the concept of full-time business and also reserves more imagination for the owner's own use.

The designer draws inspiration from traditional Tibetan architecture characterized by thick rectangular blocks to present a split and layered form. The typical white, red, and yellow used in Tibetan architecture have a new aesthetic essence in this project. The composition of free movement and balanced rhythm also presents an aesthetic feeling in the collision of ruggedness and refinement.

The shopfront lighting has the shape of coffee beans that have become a part of the store sign. In front of the entrance is a collective parent-child space, allowing children to have their own space and giving them emotional warmth.

At the end of the space, the whiskey tasting and rest area integrate the space experience with the visitor's hobbies, conveying the transmission of space emotion. The transparent background wall of oak barrels shows the charm of barrel aging, which also displays the DIY process of semi-finished products for customers.

Turning back to the coffee bar, the designer uses the spare space on the right side of the door to ingeniously form a high bar for coffee brewing, chatting, and socializing, with storage space on the top. It creates multiple cross-functional values at different times, which meets the trendy lifestyle of the young people who have morning coffee and evening alcohol.
