Renovation of "Aroma Garden"，Shanghai

The "Aroma Garden" in the northwest corner of the old city in Huangpu District Shanghai, is an urban renewal development demonstration area invested and constructed by Shanghai Aroma Garden Real Estate Co., Ltd.



The B2 plot in the first phase of "Aroma Garden" is a collection of five historically protected buildings built in the first half of the 20th century. Located in the northern part of the plot, the three buildings of Runlu, Shanghai Glass Industry Association and the old dormitory site are in the form of boutique rental apartments, with a total of 26 sets.



JCA follows the design principle of "retaining first and continuing with the new", and revitalizes and utilizes the original architectural space and decorative components by means of preservation, repair, renovation, optimization and reconstruction, and endows them with a brand new look.
