We are delighted to submit our exceptional office project for consideration in this year's Interior Design Awards. ORO 24 is a true testament to the power of design in creating an inspiring and functional workspace. The interiors feature a carefully curated selection of materials, textures, and finishes that seamlessly blend together to create a cohesive and harmonious atmosphere.

ORO 24 (meaning Gold in Italian) aims to deliver the most advanced, innovative and tech driven Real- estate solutions with a mission to build communities of the future that cater to balancing the social, environmental, and urban elements, and they wanted the workspace to be reflective of their vision. Under the supervision of Aysan, Design Director at Div9, and the team, the project was handed over in 65 days incorporating a fine use of design, technology, and material, which was in itself a very inspiring challenge for Div9 team to begin with. The dreamy workspace includes a coffee shop, lounge and gym, kids play area, live greenery alongside all other modern amenities, it truly makes ORO 24 office of the future.

As you enter the office, you are immediately struck by the impressive architecture and design. The reception area is designed to make a lasting first impression, with sleek and modern finishes, bespoke lighting fixtures, and stunning artwork. The use of a neutral color palette, combined with pops of bold colors, creates a dynamic and inviting space that welcomes visitors and clients.

The use of natural materials, including wood and natural moss creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere that fosters productivity and creativity.Our team has paid close attention to the smaller details, including acoustics, lighting, and ergonomic considerations, to ensure that the space is not only beautiful but also functional and comfortable.
