With the development of society and the improvement of people‘s living standards, consumers have put forward higher functional and emotional requirements for quilt. This quilt is created to provide comfortable sleeping conditions for users through super-soft materials and innovative structures and processes, while satisfying their psychological needs for security and stability with a sense of wrapping.
Coupled with techniques such as kilting and twisting to avoid splicing and sewing, the head of the quilt in the form of one-piece overlapping fabric solves the problems of discomfort or friction caused by embedded materials to affect sleep by doing away with the traditional vertical and embedded design. Such a practice also makes the head of the quilt an independent three-dimensional space to make the filling fully stretched and fluffy for fitting the curve of neck and shoulder, so as to keep warm and relax the shoulder and neck. In addition, thanks to the form of the overlapping fabric and the separate kilting process of the quilt, the inside of the quilt forms heat-locking grooves that can store and exchange heat. Combined with scientific zoning design based on ergonomics, the product can dynamically fit the curve of the human body, creating a sense of close wrapping and effectively maintaining the micro-environment temperature of the human body for achieving sleep improvement.
The fabric and filling material of the quilt are both made of plant materials - the fabric is made of natural flame-retardant seaweed fiber with anti-mold and antibacterial properties; the filling at the head of the quilt is manually filled with SORONA fiber made from corn plants, while the body of the quilt is made of fluffy and warm corn fiber that is skin-friendly and comfortable. Therefore, the product with good eco-friendly performance can be recycled, and its performance will not be affected by the application of these new green materials, featured by soft, close-fitting, fluffy, and warm effects that are not inferior to down quilts. In addition, processes such as kilting and twisting combine beauty and comfort perfectly, meeting the diverse needs of consumers for visual aesthetics and functional value.
