R-SPACE Office Space

Located in the Hongkou District of Shanghai, the Yifeng Square office space is a shared office space of up to 3600 square meters. The main idea of the design was to ensure that the building could accommodate companies of different nature to share the flexible workspace together, while taking into account the privacy and independence of the tenants. This design encourages users to find their preferred comfort in different areas, but also to come together to share their different pleasures. Here, it seems that each area has fixed boundaries for the use of space, but at the same time, there is a rule that can be broken. People can do their work in separate areas, or they can share their different ideas and concepts in shared areas.
