The design team has adopted a needs-driven approach, making good use of the space to inject sufficient storage capacity into the home. Through the careful choice of materials, the visual effect of the space can be magnified. With the matching soft furnishings, the overall ambience finally reveals a simple and generous living tone. When the natural sunlight radiates through the house, it brings out a neo-classical and stunning “aura” to home living.

Each floor and space is designed according to the preferences and needs of the occupants. With the professional design approach of the design team, considering the overall harmony and comfort, and shaping the understated luxury of a modern mixed stylistic elements. Each floor is planned for different purposes. Under optimum lighting and circulation, the first floor is planned for a two-stage foyer entrance and a bedroom for elders. The second floor is for the living room, dining room and kitchen area; the third floor is mainly a space full of personal style; the eldest daughter's room is set in a modern style, while the youngest daughter's room is in a Scandinavian style; and the multimedia room takes on a contemporary chic design. The hand-painted TV wall in the living room is the most distinctive highlight of the whole space, with the special gray-cloud paint on the back wall of the sofa forming a clear contrast, while the detailing touches of the space, such as the wall of the dining room cabinet, the sofa wall and the living room coffee table, all feature a titanium-plated trim to add high-quality texture to the overall space. In terms of functionality, the design of storage space under the staircase and the pull-out storage space for the chairs in the shoe area maximize the utility of each object, meeting the needs of daily home life.
