With a total area of 1454 square meters, the project is a maintenance center for four brands of motorcycles: American, Japanese, Austrian, and Italian. It provides services such as consultation on modification and maintenance. After the owner states their needs, the style and design are entrusted to the design team.

In terms of route planning, the first floor uses one-way doors to facilitate access for motorcycle owners. Considering the consistency of the motorcycle owners' visual experience, the design team started with the outdoor flooring, such as resurfacing the tarmac or measuring the tiles accurately to make the appearance fresh and clean.

On the other hand, the second floor is exclusively for motorcycles and mechanics. The design team has delineated the brand space with the CI of each brand, and both people and motorcycles have been properly planned for the appropriate traffic flow.

The most prominent feature of this space is that it has a wide range of motorcycle brands. In addition to leaving the constraints of a single brand's style, the design team reinterprets the space as a motorcycle brand store should be and incorporates a clean and simple design to create a brand new look.
