As a redesign of Kunlun Lotus Garden sales center, this project, based on the analysis of local history, human culture and environment, draws reference from the layout design and material selection of the original one, and incorporates the brand concept and spirit, aiming to create an exquisite, elegant space with a warm atmosphere.
Focusing on “light, air and traffic flow”, the project adopts the embracing design and soft partitions so that the space can be divided but not isolated, which not only leads to areas provided with specific functions, but also achieves a layered sense and livens up the whole space.
The design of this project also gives full consideration to social function and aesthetic pleasure. The bar area features a cozy, relaxing atmosphere, so as to help busy modern people take stress and disguise off. The calm dark colors of different shades and wood brown, coupled with a rich play of light and shadow, gives a feeling as if in a movie. French windows enables natural light to enter the space and offers views of landscapes, fusing the interior decor with the nature outside. The wood blocks are stacked up to form a unique look, and thus contribute to a layered sense. Thanks to the ingenious arrangement of the decorations, art flows into the space effortlessly.
