Qingdao Shiyuan Jinmao Mansion

This project is located in the Li Cang district of Qingdao City, Shand



The designer skillfully harmonized the project with its surroundings, creating an outstanding relationship between the development and its environment. Through an in-depth analysis of the site, the design ensures a harmonious coexistence between space and nature, intertwining art and culture. This results in architectural spaces characterized by picturesque views, a natural connection with the landscape, and a sense of serene seclusion while overlooking the garden and mountains. Simultaneously, the project embraces local culture as its core, showcasing an authentic and distinctive mountain-dwelling lifestyle.



The design fully harnesses the surrounding landscape resources, maximizing the integration of site features to create a unique mountain living experience. Drawing inspiration from traditional landscape art, the design concept blends traditional mountain and water beliefs with Eastern aesthetic sentiments, infused with contemporary minimalist design techniques. It captures the grandeur of towering mountains and the tranquility of gentle waters, with firm and powerful solid lines juxtaposed with delicate, transparent, and pure glass elements, seamlessly integrated into a cohesive whole. The undulating contours of the mountains form the essence of the design, creating a harmonious blend between architecture and the natural landscape, with distant mountains, nearby water, simple walls, layered shadows, abundant flowers, and verdant trees all contributing to a picturesque harmony.
