Argus Track, a household tracking camera, employs a "dual-lens with varying focal lengths" design. It boasts an impressive 4K resolution and facilitates swift and seamless switching between the two lenses, guaranteeing clarity without delays. This single device suffices for both wide-angle shots and detailed close-ups.
Named after the Greek mythological figure, Argus, the hundred-eyed giant capable of observing events in all directions, the camera encapsulates its vigilant essence. The design team cleverly integrates the "eyes" of the lenses responsible for monitoring and observation with the battery-equipped base acting as the "body" for the power supply. This thoughtfully proportioned structure exudes visual stability.
Thanks to the built-in AI algorithms, the camera excels at intelligent detection and tracking of people, vehicles, or pets among other objects. Its high-speed pan/tilt (PT) head enables it to achieve unrestricted horizontal and vertical rotation (up to 355°H, 50°V). In this way, the Argus Track camera can quickly respond to unexpected events, ensuring the focused object remains centered in the frame for meticulous details. When the spotlights are on, nighttime details can be captured in full-color night vision. Even when there’s no light at all, its infrared LEDs still enable high-quality night recording videos.
Reolink’s self-developed app allows users to check live feeds in dual views and customize the motion zone. Besides, timely push notifications alert users to any suspicious activity. The app with the two-way audio feature enables remote communication, acting as a deterrent against potential crimes.
