The owners are a happy family of four, a couple born in the 1980s, a 6-year-old daughter and a 5-year-old daughter.
They hope to change the original three rooms and two rooms to four rooms and two rooms, usually a husband and wife, two daughters a room, a nanny in a room, sometimes parents come to live in a room. In the use of functions need more storage space, children's activity space, hope elegant, atmospheric, simple, fashion.
The designer divides the space into four bedrooms on the basis of the original building pattern. The master bedroom is occupied by the owner and his wife, the secondary bathroom is expanded to meet the needs of the two children and their parents visiting on weekdays, and one of the small bedrooms is narrowed down for the nanny to live occasionally. When the two children grow up in the future, one of the children can move into this room. The parents' room is on the south side closest to the entrance, and the two children currently share a room, learning and living together. The living room has cancelled the coffee table to give more space for children to play, the dining room table can be placed horizontally or vertically to increase the table area to accommodate more people to eat, and one of the two balconies is connected with the living room to become a balcony for children to play or work, the other is a balcony on the back of the studio, and finally leave an extra space for seating storage.
In terms of style, minimalist, wall panel and cabinet connection, as far as possible to increase the storage function, simple gray, with a little blue embellishment is the theme of the whole room, the children's room with a little color to accompany the growth of children.
