The Great Generation, Nanjing

The project is located in the core area of Qinhuai District, Nanjing, close to Nanjing Foreign Language School, with a landscape area of 4200㎡. Inspired by the traditional Nanjing academy, the design team created a highly customized residence with the atmosphere of an academy with a modern design language.
Challenge: To create a high-end residence with a modern language to interpret the atmosphere of the academy.
Solution: To extract the spirit of the traditional academy, the spirit of space feeling, and interpret the spirit of the academy space through modern techniques and materials.
The main design style and color tone of the space, materials: the elegant white, jade color, and serene senior black were used to interpret an elegant characteristic of the academy. The use of economical and colorful sustainable man-made white stones and the very durable Taiwan green marbles created a very unique atmosphere.
What was solved for the client: to create a completely original residence with an academy atmosphere, feeling unique, and leading the high quality residences.
Sustainability: All designs will be used permanently without any demolition.
